Thanks

Many thanks to those of you who’ve told us about some of the misinformation circulating about SEND issues. We’re putting on workshops and info sessions for parents, especially in our new Waiting Well Wednesdays slots (see more here). We can also support you 1:1 or even come in and talk to schools about it if you’d like us to. We’re also able to flag concerns with the Local Authority and other organisations, so that we’re connecting your voice directly with the providers and strategic bodies.

As well as problems and failings in the system, we’d love to hear about your success stories: anything that worked especially well, or anything that made you feel good about the system. It’s not all dreadful and we need to celebrate what’s working well!
